The Cannular is a Semi-Auto Pro Model that makes canning easier. Now you don't even have to pull a lever back and forth to seam the can. The seaming process takes only 3 Seconds! That's crazy fast. No spacers are needed for different cans.

In its standard design the Cannular Semi-Auto can handle 33 cl and 50 cl aluminium cans with can ends type B64 (202). For use with a lid of the CDL (202) standard, an additional chuck for CDL can ends is required, this chuck must be bought seperately.

KegLand Guarantees the cans that we stock will seam correctly with the Cannular Compact Canning Machine. If you choose to source cans from another supplier you may need a different die/chuck. To seam 202 CDL VISY cans which have a 202 body you will need a CDLE/CDL VISY Chuck. This cannular is not compatible with sleek/slimline cans due to their reduced diameter, it is only compatible with 202 body cans. To seam ball 300 end/lid type, oversized aluminium cans with semi-auto cannular you will need a Chuck and Table for 1L Crowlers. If you are looking to seam tin cans for food storage for example you will need a Chuck for 100mm Steel Tin Plated Cans.

Semi-Auto Design
This new Semi-Auto Model of can seamer is able to guarantee you get a consistent seaming process every time. Unlike our less expensive manual can seamer this machine has no lever meaning it's even easier for the operator to seam the can consistently and will not vary on how hard the operator is pulling the lever. Once the machine is tuned only a small amount of oil on the bearings is required and no other maintenance for 50,000 cans.

Safe To Use with Low Voltage Power Supply
If you have ever used a can seamer you would know that you can sometimes spill liquids while processing cans. As a result, we have made the Cannular machine with 24v DC so even when you make a mess you don't have a risk of electrocuting yourself. This also makes the machine easier to clean and wash down.

Preserve the Products Quality and Freshness
Gas Barrier - Although a glass bottle is completely airtight, the crown seals allows a small migration of CO2 out of the beverage and allows small amounts of oxygen to get ingress as the rubber seal is permeable. So as a packaging solution glass bottles are imperfect and the product quality will degrade more rapidly due to this gas migration. Aluminium cans have a hermetic metal on metal seal that is impervious to gas transmission.
Light Block - Many beverages especially beer can get damaged quickly due to light. If you expose many beers to sunlight for even 5 minutes the beer can become light damaged ("skunked"). Even softer light such as indoor lights will damage beer over time and noticeable skunking can occur with both incandescent and fluorescent light globes within hours. So unless you keep your glass bottles in the dark all the time you will compromise the beer quality. Aluminium cans solve this problem by blocking 100% of damaging light.
